Comments:
Workout day: 400 meter repeats. We hit right in our target goal (1:45-1:46 and dropping a few seconds off the last few) I felt pretty good about this workout, my left shin started to hirt a little bit towards the end of the workout (not too bad thoo). I ran about a 64 sec. 400 for my all out.
(im not 100% sure on the warm up and cool down distances)
