Comments:
on track, nice day out and not too windy, in asics (may need to get new shoes in the next month or so, they are at 350 miles). 2k (6:50) at T pace, 1 minute rest, 2k (6:14) between 3k and 5k pace, 2:30 rest, 4x400 fast with a min break in between (69, 69, 68, 65). amazed at how relaxed this whole workout felt, especially the 400s, which just felt like elongated strides. came into the workout tired from schoolwork and a bit sore from the race/training, but this workout wasn't all too hard until the last 2 400s. surprised at how easy 5 flat pace felt also. need to sleep better from now on.
