Comments:
3 sets of 400,400,300,300,200 with 1 minute rest between reps, 400 jog between sets.

Pretty much a rough workout in every sense. Peroneal tendon loosened up from rolling before practice, and the warmup felt good. But one and a half sets in, my right hip flexor began to get tight, and by the end of the workout, my legs just weren't responding to the speed. On top of that, GI issues afterwards sucked. This is one of those workouts that you feel for the rest of the night.
