hills can kill.

so can running with crazy Polish guys. I forgot just how much I HATE running with guys. THEY GO TOO FAST. dslhdsfkhdsfaas. and we were out on the north side of cardiff in the HILLS (and by hills I actually mean small mountains, to clarify). Basically, I was MISERABLE. absolutely miserable. and didn't want to say anything cause I'd look like a wuss. so now I'm sore and sad. it's so pretty out there though!!

total estimate on the distance. we were DEFINITELY sub-8 though, even on the uphills (ehem, I mean uplittlemountains) and extremely sub-8 on the downs.basically, it was too far, too fast, too too.

I'm either going to become the first American to die trying to go on easy runs in south Wales, or I'm going to become the fastest runner in modern western civilization. Or I'm going to start exercising NOT in a crazy fashion.
