workout. did 5 mile alternating decent pace and faster pace...mile 1 8:35 mile 2 7:50ish mile 3 8:27ish mile 4 7:43ish mile 5 8:15ish

then did one mile on the elliptical

then 2.5 mile tempo..start at 7.0 pace increase every .2 of a mile, last half mile increase every .1 of a mile

did lots of abs and 10 min of biking too

overall exhausting but good day! :)

looking forward to an easy paced run tmrw with little pick ups at the end of each mile!
