eliptical, rowing, 30 push ups

Comments:
woke up from last nights night shift.. met alex at the gym.. alex played squash -- i did 30 min eliptical, taking a few breaks here and there. not pushing too hard. did 4min of rowing.. some fish game made it more exciting. then did 30x pushups. (which made my wrist hurt later in the week :( )
