Comments:
Ran woth yolanda for the first two mile then the rest on my own. I felt like craaaaaap today. My shins on both my legs and my hamstring on my left leg were hurting pretty bad. My hamstrings were more throbbing, especially when going up and down hills.. I felt a sharp pain a couple of times on my hamstring, ugh. And that pain prevented my left leg from bending cause its that lowere part of the hamstring right above my knee that hurts..
Extra work: hamstring and shin stretches, myrtle, no squat matrix today cause of my hamstrings and shins.
Splits: 10:06, 21:08 (2 miles), 9:42.
Went pretty slow today cause i felt like shit. Hydrated well but my legs were in pain and i was so tired, ..... I slept at 4 eeek..
