Best workout of the season

Tom had a 5K time trial/workout planned. I was really afraid of failing on this one (exactly what I am trying to get over) so everyone said that is why I have to do it. Tom made the call and so I did. We worked so well together as a group (Kate, Mel and me). Alternating every 400. The 5K went by so quickly. Before I knew it we had 3.5 to go. We ended up goin 18:28, which was the easiest 18:28 I have ever run. I need to do that in races. I just visualized being in a big race environment and feeling good (once I got 2 laps in and stopped freaking out.) Then we had 4 x 400 between 80 and 85 with 400 float. We went 81, 84, 82, 83. AWESOME! Thank you Kate, Mel and Tom!!!! (Jogs between 400s in cooldown mileage below.)
