Splits were 2:26, 2:20, 2:21, 2:27, 60s rest between intervals, 3 mins rest bet sets, 2:26, 1:49, 1:45, 1:45 (90 sec rest between 600's). 300 in 39.6. ankle is still hurting. not a great workout. fell behind and did 600's instead of 800's.
