Comments:
on the track, kinda windy/cold. again, haven't been sleeping well but felt great by the time the workout started so I bumped up my pace (not so high up that I couldn't talk easily or that I was getting lactic). I think like last time I came off a major injury in high school, taking that rest time actually strengthened me and made me fresh, which is why I feel so much more fit every single workout. hopefully this carries on for a couple more weeks, and I can be under 9 at the conference meet. anyway, workout was 1k,2k,3k,1k @ T pace (with 1 min rest), then 6x200 at R pace (with 1 min rest).
