0.50 @ 3.0mph
0.25 @ 6.0mph (2% incline)
2.75 @ 6.6mph
0.30 @ 6.7mph
0.25 @ 7.0mph (sprint)

Took a small break after the first quarter mile run and decided to go for speed instead of increasing incline (right knee was slightly hurting).

Ended up running a full 5K in 29:48. Not exactly sure when I increased to 6.7 and 7.0mph, but the logged times are pretty close.
