Ran on my own treadmill today cause practice got camcelled. My hamstrings are still sore from the speed stuff but that same spot is kinda hurting. Its getting better cause only when i press on it or when i run does it hurt, but when i walk it doesnt. Getting new orthodics this weekend, i feel like i bought the wrong ones,. Anyway, felt decent. Better then any easy runs all week. Softer surface makes my legs feel looser.
