Comments:
ive been running to the gym which has been feeling ok..so i decided to go for the treadmill -- did 2 miles total. 1mile then rest, 0.5miles then rest, then last 0.5mile and switched to eliptical.

went ok, the breaks make it more tolerable..either way swimming feels a magillion times better and easier even though i know im working hard..
