Comments:
ITS SO COLD. I ran 20 minute threshhold.
(mile 1: 8:05, mile 2: 8:08)
I was a little off my goal time (8:02). The distances may be a little bit off because its hard to measure exactly how far i run in my neighborhood, i used mapmyrun.com... My left shin hurt a bit, but it wasn't too bad.
