SLOW. and MAPPABLE! :P

so finally I was able to map a run, because I went slow, kept it short, and kept good track of where I went. I went alone (and I'm still sick. haven't had a voice for a week now!) and tried to take it REALLY super easy. mapped out to exactly 5.00 miles and that was easy, soooo apparently I've been going a lot faster than that lately. wish I could map those runs to see how fast. I guess that'll be easier once I figure out where I'm going even better.

this went up around Roath Park and then followed north, under a creepy train bridge, and up some bigish hills to a place where I thought I could look out over the city and bay, but turned out there was a big stone wall blocking my view so I got pissy and turned around and went home. yay :P
