Today was the first day I used a heart rate monitor. While I wasn't surprised at the range my heart rate stayed in (around 152 for the first 15-20 minutes, then up in the 160s for the latter half), I was extremely surprised to find such a difference in how calories were calculated using heart rate as opposed to not. Way less than I'd been logging before. Oh well, good to know!
Also, stopped twice for maybe 60 seconds+ so it wasn't a nonstop 4 miles. First was to go to the bathroom (grrr) and second was when my shoelace came untied.
