Comments:
Ran 2.8 miles up and then did drill and Strides.
Then Mission for Miles 5k in Raleigh.
Ran 17:56 and won by almost a minute. Did not feel good at all, especially with the breathing.
Ran like 5:26, 5:50 and 5:55. Shut it down after 2 and did not push. Need some work still!
