Comments:
Another day on the tm with walking/running combo. Felt a bit sluggish at first, did 5 min run, walk, 1 mile run, walk, 5 min run, walk and 1 final mile for total of 3 miles running. Good to get up a sweat. No real pain just some crankiness at start.
