Weather: Low 40's

Comments:
First 2.5 miles or so sucked balls. My legs felt fine but A.) I was really sore from yesterdays upper body workout and B.) my lungs felt really tight and non responsive. But as I got on the way back i started feeling better and better and picked it up nicely. Not too bad. Leg workout today was good and strong. 2x100 and a cruise pace just to see how it felt.
