Comments:
Ran with yolanda for warmup and cooldown, and all out 300. Mostly by myself during workout though. Calf felt alright during the warmup, but felt really iffy cause the boys weree rushing us during drills. During workout, felt better, but during cooldown, i could feel pain in my right calf once in a while. Decent day. Walking down stairs is a challenge for my leg but i walk up with no prob.

7x300 meters. Hit pace: 78 seconds.
Times: 78, 76, 75, 74, 75, 74, 68 (all out)
Also 200 meter strides. :)

Im not too sure about my times,

Extrawork : calf and shin stretches, runners arm, eagle circuit and calf and shin walks.
