Comments:
on track, got lucky with the weather as it was a bit chilly but not freezing or windy. 7x1000 at I pace (2:30 walk/jog rest), 3x300 at R pace (1 min walk/jog rest). pretty exhausting, very sleepy before the workout and still sore from saturday's very hard workout. however, hit all my paces, and happy i had the endurance to complete such a long workout. this workout was surprisingly lactic though. my legs felt like lead when i started the last 2 or 3 1000s. anyway: 3:08, 3:07,3:05, 3:05, 3:05, 3:06, 3:03 (went too hard on the last one), 52, 52, 49. going to try running a bit tomorrow. did some pushups afterwards. for some reason back is sore, probably something to do with sleeping badly
