6x400: 60,59,59,61,63,65.

really fell off the times on those last ones, switched to trainers on the last interval because I didn't have spikes in my shoes and the plastic was slipping a little on turns. The first three were pretty solid though, arms were relaxed and strong. Right hip a little sore at the end, but no peroneal pain, which is great.
