Comments:
My shins felt AWFUL today. During the workout they felt fine but during the warmup/drills/and cooldown it was not very good... I have been icing them and i rolled them a little bit after practice. The workout wasn't too bad thoo, me and sara we're a little fast. My all out 300 was 58 sec.!
