Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Set one in 5 min run and 5 min walk. Set two 5 min walk and 10 min run at faster pace. Had to introduce a 3 min fast walk on last 10 min segment -Foor pain on balls of feel - incorrect foor plant. No knee pain. J brace.
