Comments:
Trying something different today, go in the pool with Ward for some quick stuff. 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1-1 (all in minutes). We did that ladder. The 1's were supposed to feel like 800 race pace, 2's and 3's mile race pace, 4's 3k race pace, 5 5k race pace, and back down. We pushed it kinda hard for this one and my legs felt sore afterwards, but the good kind of sore.
