So Mr. Paul handed us a baton and told us to do 10 200s where we'd go one at a time with the baton, and then pass it off to the next person in the order of our 4x8 (Tristan was there instead of Spencer, who is still going easy after his pulled hamstring). We were supposed to focus on form and staying controlled instead of time, and he said to just keep it under 35. I ended up running 31s and 32s for the most part, and while I felt good for the most part, the last 2 200s killed me.
