Weather: Windyyy, but not that cold. 40s.

Comments:
Ran with yolanda the whole way. Felt so much better today but that last mile my calf felt ifffffy. We kinda pushed it a little faster today cause we both felt good, also it was getting dark... Heh. When i got back, i could feel my right calf and left shins iffy.

Extra work: shin walks, calf and shin stretches, rolled out my IT band, and it hurt like a bitccccch, also myrtle and leg matrix
