Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4 times 400 at mile race pace. plus 4 times 100 meter "starts" where we were just supposed to feel like the start of a race. talked to coach during the workout, and decided that i should run the mile on friday. i'd been thinking about since friday, and right now i think a little confidence in myself could do me some good. going to go out and just run what i can. haven't run a a mile fast in quite some time so i don't know what i'm going to do, and i'm not going to over analyze it or anything, just because i want to keep my head out of it. workout itself was really easy. forced myself to go slow enough to hit 69, but still hit 68's. because 4 at 69 with 3 minutes rest, was just about the easiest workout i've ever done in my life... not going to complain. means i'll be fresh on friday, and get set for outdoor, and spring break in FLORIDA!
