Comments:
Longest consec run yet at 4 miles, ankle felt a bit better when I first got up and walked around. Onky walked for 5 min before starting run, first mile slight discomfort on ankle bone but went away. Left quad still feels very tight most of run. Did uphill intervals last 15 min which was good to push it.
