Weather: 62 and soooo nice!

Comments:
Ran 2 miles up from the Apex HS track. Then some drills and strides. Then did 20 x 400 w/1:00 rest between.
Ran all but one under :80 and most in :77-:78. # 20 was in :72. Felt pretty good considering I have had some major stomach issues lately. Could have done more, but my left foot has a HUGE blister on the bottom of it and I think I might have a slight stress fracture on the top!! Could not do anymore than about 4:00 cool down-limping bad!!!
Great workout though!!!
