Comments:
Woke up this morning with some serious cracks in my feet that were a bitch all day. I need to take care of myself better. My chest has been tight all week mostly likely due to stressing out over exams and such this week. But Simon and I had 6.5 miles to do with a 10 minute tempo at the end. Then hit the track for some feel good 200s which felt so easy. We took the tempo fairly easy in about 5:35-5:40. Then the 200s in 30,29,30,27. Now procrastinating for chem exam tomorrow.
