Comments:
My mileage has been higher this week than coach intended it to be, so I have to take it easy and do what he says from here on out. Learned what Constitution was today. 4.5 mile loop, we never run that short of a distance so I had no idea what it was. Felt pretty good doing all of that and hoping my legs continue to feel better. Ice bathed afterwards in sports med.
