Ran in the city. Felt like shit!

Weather: 1500 - Cool, but not nearly as cold as it should be. Windy

Comments:
I intended to run an easy 31 minute four miles and was on track until about the last 3/4 when behind my left kidney started to hurt and I felt like I was gonna hurl. I got pale and shaky and made it back to work. After some quality toilet time, I felt a little better. Yuck.
