Weather: 62 and nice!

Comments:
Ran 8 miles on the ATT. Just over 2 north from Wimberly. Met Care and then ran back a bit with her. Threw some surges in after about 4 miles. Ran 1:00, 2:00, 1:00, 2:00, and then a mile on in 5:34. About 1/2 mile down for 8 total miles. Legs felt very good, but the left foot is hurting bad still!
