Weather: Decent weather, 40s? 30s?

Comments:
Ran with yolanda on the warmup and cooldown and ran by myself during the workout. Felt okay. My breathing wasso weird.. Had a hard time catching my breath, my shins and calves felt iffy on the fourth 400 and on the cooldown. I also had a lot of dirt on my shoe and my balance was off. Overall. Felt okay, just my breathing..

Target: 106-107.
5x400: 102, 102, 106, 106, 107.

Extra: lots of rehab work, leg circuit 1, 100 ups, shin and calf walks.
