Comments:
I didn't feel like intervals of 1minute jogging and 2 minutes walking were good enough so I upped it to 2/2. That kicked it up! I feel more like a runner again because it was surely a struggle to do 5 intervals (which was the plan) instead of stopping after 2 (like my body truely wishes)!
