Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did all ankle warm ups but felt twinge right away (walked for 12 min before starting)when i began running. Got better after first 5 minutes, picked up pace for last few min of first 2.3 miles. Did 5 interv of 1 min @ 7spd/1 min @ 6spd/1min walking. Bit of discomfort even at end for first time.
