Decent Long (ish) Run

Weather: Mid 50's and Slightly Windy

Comments:
Top of school through shannon over to the park and followed the bike path up to the bridge then made the right and did a lap around the lake and came back the same adding on 1.06 once I got back to school. Was with Dave for the first 30-31 minutes then he went back through chesterfield and I wanted to take the longer way. Felt pretty crappy gotta say. Nice to get in a longer run though, I thought I was only going like 8 flat pace haha thats why my plan was to go 56 minutes.
2.57 miles was at 7:23 pace, 4.11 miles was at 7:25 pace and 6.66 miles was at 7:28 pace and picked it up slightly after that.
5 of the double hill intervals afterwards, was timing it up til the 4th one then accidentally hit the rest button -_- After the 3rd one I was at like 20.4 I think
