Weather: very very nice , 60's with a slight breeze

Comments:
w/ saccamanno, mac and MACDADDY
kettle run trails, kg trails & golf course
~found new trails~
felt sick for first half of run, but felt better after running for a while
slow at some points on tight trails, under 7 min in other spots -- avg about 7 min pace for whole run
