Comments:
Alone after working in my room. LMS -overlook tr -canal -Fletchers -graffiti bridge (building pace) -Crescent down the trail for two miles at accelerating pace (6:50 down to 6:20 pace) -Glover -Reservoir -Foxhall Village(ended acceleration at Jetties) -Clark Pl as cooldown. Knees were stiff the whole way, especially sensitive to hard pavements. Pleased with the effort and sustaining good pace up trail and through 'hood. Should have stretched, but rushed to get home.
