Comments:
Feeling fatigued and tired. Pushed myself to get to the gym to do this. I really dislike the treadmill for recovery runs. For the sake of breaking monotony, put 3 intervals of incline running: 7%, 11.5% and 15% held for 1.5 minutes. Probably negated the recovery. Foam roller session afterwards. Saucony Mirage.
