Comments:
Did a 400m workout on the track today by myself since all the other guys are either hurt or racing at conference. The workout went pretty well, I tried to hit faster times with 2 minutes rest each one. First half I wore trainers and the second half I wore spikes. It was tough and took me a few minutes to recover afterwards as my stomach was not liking me. But I pushed hard and got after it and it went well. Right leg still some tightness, going to go do some drills and stretching this afternoon.
