Comments:
Ankle felt better than usual during kitchen stretch, could go on tippy toes. Walked for 10 min, as usual now feeling some discomfort when I first started running, went away after first mile. Kept it slow for 2 miles than did 1 min intervals with hills for total of 3 consec miles. Walked for a few min than did 5 intervals of 1 min @ 8:30 spd felt good and ended with a few min slow running.
