Comments:
Sooooo windy today :( but today i felt gooood, just my legs felt heavy and sore. Breathing was good, form was decent. Ran with yolanda the whole way. Our first mile was ridiculously slow, about 10:30 bubt we picked it up the middle three miles. When coming back, i crashed into danielle ugh :(( shins feel okay, hamstrings a bit sore but other than tht felt good.

Extra: plank circuit, back circuit, 2x10 pushups, runners arm, 3x10 on each leg calf raises on edge and my rehab stuff.
