Weather: Windyyyyy and coldddd, 30s.

Comments:
Warmup alone, workout behind dana, and cooldown with dana. Felt pretty good today, just from time to time my hamstrings felt sore and my shins, stretched them out periodically. Also the wind was pushing against us on each one, so my breathing was iffy but not bad. Overall, i felt good. The extended 130meters to like 200meters wasnt all tht bad.

Extra work: 100 ups, myrtle, my rehab stuff.
