Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
a friend of mine had to do a hard 10 miler today in place of his long run, and wanted someone to join. i felt suprisingly good today, not necessarily fresh, but not bad either. 1/2 mile warm up, 1 mile cooldown. the 10 miles were in 64:07, on a relatively hilly course. overall a good run, think we could have gone a bit faster on the second half though.
