Weather: Sunny and warm
Comments:
Did river to the sea (for fun although one of our group ran really fast!) as a long run today. I did not want to go fast since I did 3 workouts this week, so Mel and I ran a nice pace. We did a few miles before we started as well. I really enjoyed running with Mel.
