RACE DAY!!! INDOOR CONFERENCE!!! 21:54!!! YAY :) :) So happy! New PR!! It felt more difficult than my 21:55 from the SJU Fall Finale, but I still got a PR, so that's great. I was slightly disappointed because it should have felt easier considering I was on flat ground the entire race. Part of my problem is my pacing was a tad bit off (however, I did start fairly responsibly). My other problem is that I have gained weight. I need to lose it and I need to be patient. I expect to like drop 15 pounds in a week. No way, Anne! Ya gotta be patient. Shoot for 0.5-2 pounds a week. 1.5 warm up, 3 cool down.
