2 mile warm-up, miserable 3k race, 2 mile cool-down with Chris Kelly and David Dixon, ran around some really beautiful parts of the city (and it wasn't even the exciting part). It was an amazingly beautiful day. Sad to think about riding back 9 hours on a bus.
