Today was tough. It was a blended workout again like the 4x1000m/200m I did last week but this time was slower even though it was 800m/200m just because I felt extremely flat. I have done 3 workouts in the last 6 days so my body is just trying to adapt. Right leg was tight, need to stretch that out. Mileage was good. Hopefully I can do some easy runs and then do a workout later in the week so I get some good rest and focus on easy mileage.
